Haset ve Gıpta Duygularının Öznel İyi Oluş Üzerine Etkisine Yönelik Ampirik Çalışma

Bu çalışmanın genel amacı haset ve gıpta duygularının özneliyi oluş üzerinde etkisinin olup olmadığını belirlemektir. Bu nedenle çalışma etkileşimsel ve ilişkisel model üzerine kurgulanmıştır. Araştrımanın teoriksel alt yapısı çok yönlü uyuşmazlık kuramı, uyum düzeyi kuramı, ekolojik kuram, hedonik döngü kuramı, sosyal karşılaştırma teorisi ve eşitlik kuramlarına dayandırılarak hazırlanmıştır. Araştırmanın istatistiksel analizi için 2022 yılında Osmaniye, Hatay ve Adana il merkezi ve ilçelerinde görev 761 öğretmenden veri elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler ise SPSS 27 ile analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular, haset ve gıpta ile öznel iyi oluş arasında negatif yönlü bir ilişki olduğunu, ancak aralarında etkileşim olmadığını işaret etmektedir. Elde edilen veriler alan yazında daha önce yapılmış çalışmaların işaret ettiği sonuçları destekler niteliktedir.
