Abstract

The purpose of this article is to describe the Total Quality Management and Kaizen management system, which has been discussed in recent years and has been implemented in many countries. To examine the relationship of information systems that develop with technology, to human resources, business and social society. Today, it is aimed to shed light on the quality problems of the enterprise, which is widely researched, and to guide those who seek quality management in enterprises. In addition, by examining the factors affecting human resources management, it is desired to mention the benefit of software information systems in human resources.
