Economic growth has many components. One of these components is women's employment. Approximately half of a country's population consists of women. Therefore, obstacles to women's participation and employment in the labor force affect a country's economic growth potential and society's current and future welfare. This article aims to reveal the relationship between women's labor force participation rate and economic growth for OECD countries. In this regard, a general framework is first drawn, and then the relevant literature is included. To reveal economic growth in women's employment, women's employment, and GDP data for 1996-2021 are used annually in the analysis, and estimations are made using the panel data method.
