Bu çalışmanın amacı, dijital dönüşüm uygulamalarının franchising işletmelerine olan etkilerinin analizidir. Araştırmanın evreni İstanbul Avrupa yakasında faaliyet gösteren toplam 2018 adet franchasing işletmesinde çalışan 2114 personeldir. Çalışmanın verileri anket yöntemiyle toplanmış olup araştırmada kullanılan anketin ilk bölümünde “Demografik Sorular”, 2. bölümünde “Dijital Dönüşüm Ölçeği” ve 3 bölümünde “Franchising Sistemi Ölçeği” yer almıştır.
Yapılan analizler sonucunda, dijitalleşmenin iş verimliliğe katkısı arttığı zaman; işletmenin rekabet gücü, çalışanlar arası iş birliği, marka imajı ve verimliliğin arttığı tespit edilmiştir.
