Duygusal Boşanmanın, Gençlerin Algılanan Stres ve Sorun Kaynaklı Sağlıksız Yeme Davranışına Etkisinin İncelenmesi: Üniversite Öğrencileri Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Özet

Resmi boşanmaya göre daha etkili ve yaygın bir sorun olması muhtemel bir sorun olarak duygusal boşanmanın, çocuklar üzerinde olumsuz etkileri vardır. Eşler arasındaki sorunlu ilişkilerin bir türü ve ileri bir düzeyi olarak ifade edilen duygusal boşanmanın çocuklar üzerindeki etkileri son zamanlarda araştırmacıların ilgisini çeken bir konudur. Diğer taraftan duygusal boşanmanın, uzun vadede gençlerin psikolojik ve belirli sorunlu davranışları üzerindeki etkilerine yönelik bulgular kısıtlıdır. Bu araştırmada üniversite öğrencilerinin duygusal boşanma algısının, stresi ve sorun kaynaklı sağlıksız yeme davranışına etkisi incelenmektedir. Bu doğrultuda kolayda örnekleme yöntemiyle gerçekleştirilen anket çalışmasıyla birincil veriler toplanmış ve analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada, algılanan duygusal boşanmanının stres ölçeğinin stres/rahatsızlık algısı ve yetersiz özyeterlik algısı boyutlarını ve ebeveynler arası sorun kaynaklı sağlıksız yeme davranışını etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, stres/rahatsızlık algısının, algılanan duygusal boşanmanın sağlıksız yeme davranışına ektisinde aracı rol üstlendiği tespit edilmiştir. Kısaca duygusal boşanmanın çocuklar üzerindeki olumsuz etkilerinin, uzun vadede gençlerin psikolojik sorunlar yaşaması ve belirli sağlıksız davranışlarda bulunması bakımından da devam eden etkilerinin olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. Son olarak araştırma bulguları yorumlanmakta ve öneriler geliştirilmektedir.
