Enflasyon Ortamında Finansal İyi Oluşun, İşgören ve Alışveriş Refahına Etkisinde Fiziksel Sağlığın Aracı Rolünün İncelenmesi

Özet

Küresel ve ulusal ekonomik dalgalanmalara bağlı enflasyonist pazar şartlarıyla, özellikle gelişmekte olan ve gelişmemiş ülkelerde sıklıkla karşılaşılmaktadır. Satın alma gücünün azalmasıyla açıklanan yüksek enflasyon durumu, insanların finansal durumlarından memnuniyetsizliğinin kaynaklarından biri olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Finansal iyi oluşla ilgili gerçekleştirilen araştırmalar, bu değişkenin işgören ve tüketicileri farkı açılardan etkileyebildiğini göstermektedir. Ayrıca, finansal iyi oluşun fiziksel sağlıkla da ilişkili olabileceğine ilişkin de az sayıda araştırmayla karşılaşılmaktadır. Dolayısıyla, finansal iyi oluş, fiziksel sağlık, işgören refahı ve alışveriş refahı arasında ilişkilerin olabileceği bu araştırmada ileri sürülmekte ve sınanmaktadır. Ancak, enflasyon ortamında finansal iyi oluşun; örgütsel, sağlık ve tüketimle ilgili olası etkilerinin işletme yazınında yeterince dikkat çekmediği görülmektedir. Bu araştırmada, enflasyon ortamında finansal iyi oluşun, işgören refahına ve alışveriş refahına olası etkileri ve bu etkilerde fiziksel sağlığın aracılık rolünün aydınlatılması amaçlanmaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, betimsel anket yöntemiyle birincil veriler toplanmış ve yapısal eşitlik modeliyle analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada, öncelikle finansal iyi oluşun işgören refahını ve fiziksel sağlığı pozitif yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, fiziksel sağlığın, finansal iyi oluşun işgören refahına etkisinde kısmi aracı rol üstlendiği anlaşılmıştır. Bunların yanında, fiziksel sağlığın, işgören refahını ve alışveriş refahını etkilediği, ancak finansal iyi oluşun, alışveriş refahını etkilemediği saptanmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında son olarak araştırma bulguları tartışılmış, araştırmacı ve yöneticilere yönelik öneriler geliştirilmiştir.
