Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı, dijital teknolojilerin örgütsel sürdürülebilirliğe etkilerinin incelenmesidir. Dijital teknoloji uygulamaları işletmelerin mal ve hizmet üretimindeki kalitenin, müşteri memnuniyetinin, verimliliğin, karlılığın artmasına, rekabette üstünlüğün sağlanmasına dolayısıyla sürdürülebilirliğin sağlanmasına destek olmaktadır. Piyasalarda artan küresel rekabet sonrasında işletmeler sürdürülebilirliklerini devam ettirebilmek için rakiplerinin ulaşmış oldukları teknolojilere adapte olmak zorunda kalmışlardır. Bu kapsamda işletmelerin dijital teknolojilere adapte olmalarının avantajlarının neler olduğunu, müşteri memnuniyetini nasıl etkilediğini, işletmelerin sürdürebilirliğine hangi katkıları sağladığını, çalışanların motivasyonunu hangi yönlerden etkilediğini ve sağlanan etkinliğin işletmenin yatırımlarına ne gibi katkıları olacağını ele alan bu türden bir çalışmanın, işletmelere, kurumlara, tüketicilere ve araştırmacılara yararlı bilgiler sunabileceği düşünülmüştür.

Bu çalışmada yöntem olarak çalışmanın hazırlanmasında ikincil kaynaklar olan, kitaplar, raporlar, makaleler ve tezlerden yararlanacaktır. Çalışma sonucunda elde edilen sonuç ve öneriler; ilgili kurumların, işletmelerin ve ilgili araştırmacıların bilgisine sunulmuştur.
