İşletmelerde E-Liderlik ve Bireysel Yaratıcılık Kavramları Üzerine Bibliyometrik Bir Analiz

1989 yılında internetin icadından günümüze dek fiziksel dünyadan sanal kanallara doğru bir akış başlamıştır. Bu değişim bir devrim olarak küresel bir fenomeni başlatmıştır. İnternetin yanı sıra zaman zaman büyük etkiye sahip olaylar da toplumların ve iş dünyasının dinamiklerini kökten değiştirmiştir. Örneğin Covid-19 ile Endüstri 4.0’ın insanlık ve iş dünyasına olan teknolojik eğilimli etkileri iletişim, kültür, nesiller ve iş modellerinde yenilikçi ve yaratıcı bir anlayışın gelişmesinde etkili olmuştur. İşletmeler açısından ele alındığında iş yapış biçimlerinin değişmesi ile ortaya çıkan yenilikçi iş modelleri liderlik tarzlarının değişmesine ve yaratıcı süreçlerde bireyselliğin ön plana çıkartılmasında etkili olmuştur. E-liderlik dijital çağda ortaya çıkan yenilikçi bir yaklaşım olarak bilgi teknolojileri ve dijital araçlarla organizasyonda yer alan birey ve grupları etkilemesini ifade etmektedir. Bireysel yaratıcılık ise örgüt hedeflerinin gerçekleştirilmesi amacıyla yeni fikirler, süreçler geliştirmektir. Ele alınan bu çalışmanın amacı işletmelerde “E-Liderlik” ve “Bireysel Yaratıcılık” kavramları üzerine yazılmış olan araştırmalara yönelik bibliyometrik bir değerlendirme yapmaktır. Analiz için VOSviewer programından faydalanılmıştır. 2008-2024 yıllarını kapsayan SSCI (Social Sciences Citation Index) ve SCI (Science Citation Index)-Expanded ve diğer indekslerde yayınlanmış olan toplam 29 eser Web of Science veri tabanından export edilmek sureti ile bibliyometrik analiz ile değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan analiz ile e-liderlik ve bireysel yaratıcılık kavramlarını ele alan ülkeler boyutunda en fazla araştırma 9 adet ile Amerika Birleşik Devletleri, 4 adet ile Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti, 2 adet ile İngiltere tarafından yapılmıştır. İki kavram ile ilgili yayın yapan araştırmacılar incelendiğinde Gilson Lucy, Hakonen Marko, Maynard Travis, Karam Elizabeth, Mulder Regina ön plana çıkmaktadır. Önde gelen anahtar kelimeler sıralamasında 5 adet ile “leadership”, 4 adet ile “creativity”, 2 adet ile “innovation”, 2 adet ile “virtual teams” olarak belirlenmiştir. Yapılan araştırma sonucunda görsel veriler doğrultusunda literatürün niceliği ve kalitesi hakkında nesnel bilgiler oluşturulması sağlanmıştır.
