Abstract

Since 1989, with the invention of the Internet, there has been a flow from the physical world to virtual channels. This change has started a global phenomenon as a revolution. In addition to the internet, events with great impact from time to time have radically changed the dynamics of societies and the business world. For example, the technologically oriented effects of Covid-19 and Industry 4.0 on humanity and the business world have been instrumental in the development of an innovative and creative understanding of communication, culture, generations and business models. In terms of businesses, innovative business models emerging with the change in the way of doing business have been effective in changing leadership styles and emphasizing individuality in creative processes. E-leadership, as an innovative approach emerging in the digital age, refers to influencing individuals and groups in the organization with information technologies and digital tools. Individual creativity is to develop new ideas and processes in order to achieve organizational goals. The aim of this study is to make a bibliometric evaluation of the researches written on the concepts of “E-Leadership” and “Individual Creativity” in organizations. VOSviewer program was used for the analysis. A total of 29 works published in SSCI (Social Sciences Citation Index) and SCI (Science Citation Index)-Expanded indexes covering the years 2008-2024 were evaluated by bibliometric analysis by exporting from Web of Science database. According to the analysis, the highest number of studies on the concepts of e-leadership and individual creativity in terms of countries were conducted by the United States of America with 9 studies, the People's Republic of China with 4 studies, and the United Kingdom with 2 studies.  When the researchers who published on the two concepts are analyzed, Gilson Lucy, Hakonen Marko, Maynard Travis, Karam Elizabeth, Mulder Regina come to the fore.  The leading keywords are “leadership” with 5, “creativity” with 4, “innovation” with 2, and “virtual teams” with 2. As a result of the research, objective information about the quantity and quality of the literature has been provided in line with the visual data.
