Abstract

Migration, in its narrowest form, is a movement of displacement. In the historical process, migration actions occurred for different reasons, especially for political, administrative, economic and natural reasons. Depending on the conditions of the region in which they live, people are forced, sometimes voluntarily, to migrate from the land where they were born and raised to other lands. In recent times, the internal confusion, especially in the geography called the Middle East, is the closest example of international migration action. People who have been persecuted in this region have sought asylum in different nations or countries, especially in their close neighbors. This phenomenon of migration, which takes place around the world, has deeply affected societies with its many elements. As a result of the migration, scientific studies on migration were exhibited and deep analyses were made on this issue. These valuable steps taken under the name of migration theories have included analysis with different theories with the idea that it would be incomplete to examine the phenomenon of migration under a single theory. Here, in this study, some concepts will be included, and then an analysis of migration theories will be conducted, and the study will be completed with a general evaluation.
