Abstract

There are three important stages in the life of human beings. The first stage consists of birth, the second stage consists of marriage, and the third stage consists of death. While birth and marriage events were welcomed in the society, death was approached with fear and sadness. Death is the moment when life functions in every person. Turks, although they do not like the word death very much; They gave great importance to the mourning and burial ceremonies held after the deceased person. Instead of the word death, the Turks said, 'The sun was bolt', the soul flew like a hawk bird. They have returned seven times, their dead relatives have scrapped their hair, their faces have been stabbed with a knife, and they cried out loud, expressing their suffering. Turks who have believed in the immortality of the soul from the old times have tried to facilitate the transition from this world to another world after death. faith places their dead in the grave It also showed itself in the form. E. g; They considered the burial as a preliminary preparation for rebirth, as a symbol of the mother's womb, and the head and feet of a concave fetus. Due to the number of people he killed in order to serve in the other world because of the number of people he was killed, his kurgan was overstepped at various times and then the victims were cut off. The event of marriage or engagement shows that there are different traditions so that he will not be alone. The process of the religion is in line with the geography of the Turks. While we see that the plumer hangs the tree and some of them buried in the water, we see that most of them buried their dead in the ground. We see that the Turks gave great value to the grave of the dead as well as the deceased.
