Eating and drinking behavior has emerged with the creation of human beings. The understanding of eating and drinking has developed over the world in parallel with the raw material and production style that will meet the food and beverage needs from the most primitive communities, the geography located, the cultural items acquired, and the diversity of the tools and equipment available. With the phrase "We are what our ancestors ate and drank", it is stated that what we eat has an important place in the formation of our habits, traditions, and selves. As time progresses, depending on the development of production techniques, food culture has become a physically basic need, as well as social activities such as pleasure and gathering. Prohibitions on food are applied today as well as in primitive times. These prohibitions are accepted as an important tool in revealing information. Increased sociological interest in eating and drinking; stems from the fact that food has many social and cultural meanings rather than simply an action to meet the biological need, depending on the growth of the economy that occurs when it lives. The demand for a social organization rather than the activity of a single person in order to meet the need for a physical need. In the study, it is stated that the ways of serving and consuming food are sociologically relevant to society
