EMPLOYMENT OF THE RURAL SECTION IN TURKEY AND INVESTIGATION OF THE LABOR STRUCTURE OF EMĠRDAĞ DISTRICT IN THIS CONTEXT

Abstract

Urban transformation is an application based on renovating or arranging in accordance with the needs in cases where the urban fabric and the infrastructure of the city become old, worn out over time, causing problems and not meeting the needs of the city. In order to be successful in the regeneration of the city in line with physical, social and economic opportunities, it is necessary to make the planning correctly, to determine the method, reasons and obligations to be applied. Esenyurt Cumhuriyrt Neighborhood is a region where urban transformation takes place, which has become a model in Turkey. Cumhuriyet neighborhood has become a center of attraction preferred by those who want to invest, where modern buildings and shopping centers are located and planned urbanization takes place.
