The role and effectiveness of social capital in community development has been studied for many years. Each individual has different achievement goals. The goal is to achieve this success. social capital is a resource that individuals use to achieve success. Social capital can be expressed in economic terms as an examination of the relationships between individuals and institutions based on trust. The 3x2 Achievement Goal Model Scale of 3x2 Achievement Target Model of Ağbuba (2014) and the Social Capital Scale in the Validity and Reliability Study of the Social Capital Scale of Uçar (2016) were used. This study was carried out with 113 students attending the vocational school of Gelendost. this study has been tested by using Social Equation Model Analysis with the Least Squares Approach. Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares tests variance-based relationships of structures measured in a variance-based manner. The positive impact on social capital has a positive effect on academic achievement. This effect is defined as the regression coefficient and this value is 0.460. The interpretation of this value is a positive and significant effect on the 46% level of change in social capital. It was seen as a result of the study that affected the social success of social capital.
