This article deals with the issue of discriminating identity politics, one of the new policies that emerged in the globalization process. The focus of the study; The issue is that the political, economic, cultural and social transformations that emerged in the process of globalization have corrosive effects on existing social structures, and this fragmentation, together with subcultures, politicizes sub-identities in their own identities and produces political demands. However, it clarifies the claim that the nation-states, which are the main political subjects of the modern era, and the values and belongings that legitimize them, are dissolving, and that in this process, plural identities have started to develop instead of homogeneous unitary identities, which in turn reveals the emergence of identity politics over the struggle for the recognition and development of new identities.
