It was aimed to show that ground deformations can be measured quickly and at a low cost with the increase of radar images and the developed interferometry methods. For this purpose, the Persistent scattering interferometry method (PSI) was used. Ankara MESA (Batıkent) was chosen as the pilot region. Working Sentinel-1 images were used. Two types of images were used, both in ascending and descending orientation. In addition, considering the development process of the Ankara rail systems network, interferometry studies were carried out in two different periods, 2015-2016 and 2016-2022. The results were compared with each other. In-situ studies were carried out in areas where deformation was detected. According to the obtained findings, it was concluded that continuous scattering interferometry study is an important method in determining ground deformation.
