Abstract

Graduate employability indicators within the scope of the Ministry of National Education official and private schools in Turkey within the scope of the evaluation of the teacher training process intended to take the opinions of those who served the teacher. The study group of this research consists of 105 teachers working at Gündüz Alp Primary School, Şehit Meriç Alemdar Secondary School and Gölbaşı Anatolian High School. In order to determine the demographic characteristics of the participants, information on gender, professional seniority, marital status, age, and educational status of the participants was collected. Statistical analysis of the data obtained from the study was performed using SPSS 22 (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). In order to evaluate the results of the survey, the demographic characteristics of the participants were determined first. Later, the participants made in the context of graduate employability indicators of descriptive statistics against the proposition regarding the evaluation of the teacher training process in Turkey, the mean and standard deviations were identified and reviewed
