Gaziantep cuisine is one of the cuisines that take its past from history and represents Turkish cuisine at a significant level with its rich variety in terms of street flavors. Gaziantep has joined the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Creative Cities Network membership in the field of gastronomy as of 2015. The research is aimed to contribute to the importance of Gaziantep street flavors, which have gastronomic value, for the people of the region, what the prominent street flavors are, the preservation and development of these flavors and to increase their recognition in the electronic environment. In this study, dishes such as chickpea wrap, roast beef, liver kebab, stuffed meatballs, and Antep lahmacun, which has an important place in Turkish cuisine, are included. In the research, the materials used in these local dishes, which are popular in the streets of Gaziantep, the production stages, the cultural values of the people of the region, and the photos of the dishes are included. According to the results of the research, it has been determined that the local dishes, which are the subject of the research, have been consumed by the people of Gaziantep for many years and have an important socio-cultural place. It is thought that the study will contribute to the sustainability of gastronomic tourism in terms of protecting and promoting the local food culture of the region.
