Corporate Reputation, is playing an important role in our lives, the importance of it increases day by day. Corporate reputation perceptions of internal and external customers, which are important for businesses, are important policies where you want success. Research has shown that the perception of corporate reputation has an impact on organizational commitment and both of them have been two important cases for business success. In this page, 452 personal survey forms of Belko employees are distributed, obtained from this - SPSS-related analyzes were analyzed and analyzed, the perception of corporate reputation of internal customers, continuity and normative commitment were affected, emotional commitment was made. In addition, differences in employee loyalty according to demographic characteristics were examined.
