Abstract

School administrators are the people who organize all the employees in the school, give them orders, and direct, coordinate, and supervise the work in the school in order to fulfill the goals of the school. This research was carried out in order to examine the perceptions of teachers about the communication styles of communication process managers in schools. Communication is the main motivation tool in schools, which are formal educational organizations, as in all organizations. Administrators who have an opinion on teacher perceptions towards communication will undoubtedly be more effective in the education process. The success, that is, the degree of reaching the goal, which is valid for all organizations, is directly proportional to the belonging and motivation of the employees, is valid for schools that are educational organizations.
